Start with the tools you need. The app explains the settings and permissions as you go.
1. Install and choose your language.
Check store availability for your platform. The app interface supports English, German and Ukrainian; choose your language in the app.
2. Continue as a guest or sign in.
Registration is optional for the main app. You can purchase Premium as a guest; adding a sign-in method helps keep access to that profile.
3. Set up protection.
Follow the protection instructions for your platform. On iPhone this uses Screen Time permissions; on Android, website filtering uses Private DNS and selected-app blocking needs Accessibility access.
4. Use support when it helps.
Open a short published support video or continue a lesson. Video availability and language depend on the catalogue, not on the language of this website.
5. Track your progress.
Progress tools and the learning journey help you see what you have done. Course and personal progress stay on the device; restoring a purchase does not restore that local progress.
Permissions stay in your hands.
Review protection settings and system permissions when needed. Premium is paid access, not a guarantee that every website or app can be blocked.
