Be respectful
Share support without judgment, threats, harassment, hate, pressure or personal attacks. Speak from your own experience and do not diagnose another member or promise a cure.
Protect privacy
Do not publish real names, addresses, phone numbers, contact handles, credentials or other identifying information about yourself or another person.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Sexual or exploitative content, content involving minors, instructions for self-harm or violence, threats, scams, illegal activity, dangerous instructions and spam are prohibited. Do not use Community to arrange unsafe private contact.
Reports and moderation
Before a post or comment is published, an automated text check rejects defined clearly unsafe content. Other posts and comments are published immediately and remain subject to moderation. Use the post or comment menu to report objectionable content. Use Block this member to immediately remove that member's posts and comments from your own feed; use Delete on your own post or comment to remove it. RIALZA has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We review reports and act within 24 hours of receipt: confirmed offending material is removed and its responsible user is suspended from Community. A report alone does not establish a violation. Pseudonyms are public, while the service privately links a Community identity to its account so violations can be investigated and access suspended. Community moderation is not an emergency service.
