Effective date: 2026-10-13. RIALZA is operated by Vladyslav Kravchenko, an independent developer based in Ukraine. These Terms of Use are RIALZA's end-user agreement, including the Community conditions below. For iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Before entering Community, you must expressly agree to the current Terms of Use, Community Rules and Community Privacy Notice in the app.
Purpose and eligibility
RIALZA provides educational wellness tools, one-shot product notifications and optional peer support. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency response or a guarantee of a particular result. The iOS and Android apps are for adults aged 18 or older, subject to the applicable Store age rating. Community is also for adults aged 18 or older.
Content Protection
Content Protection is a self-control aid that depends on iOS Screen Time or Android Accessibility and Private DNS settings. You can revoke system access, change those settings or remove RIALZA. The feature is not tamper-proof parental control and does not guarantee that every site or app will be blocked.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account and activity performed through it. A RIALZA account and paid Premium access are required for the main app. RIALZA creates an account identifier for guest use; adding a sign-in method is optional. The account connects your purchases and lets you restore and synchronize access. Community participation is optional. Account deletion, subscription management, support and legal information remain available without an active subscription. Initial Content Protection setup requires Premium. If protection is already enabled on your device, you can still access the controls needed to manage or turn it off without an active subscription. You may stop using RIALZA and delete your account at any time, but deleting the account or app does not cancel Store billing.
Premium plans and Store purchases
RIALZA is free to download. Premium access is available as an automatically renewing monthly subscription, an automatically renewing annual subscription, an eligible annual special offer with a discounted first year and the standard annual renewal price after it, or a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no free trial. The paywall and Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet show the price, currency, billing period and renewal terms available in your Store region. Those Store-localized values control; RIALZA does not promise one global price.
Apple or Google charges your Store account. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription status so RIALZA can provide Premium access; RevenueCat does not replace the Store as the seller or payment processor. Monthly, annual and special-offer subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple or Google before the next renewal under the applicable Store terms. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
Restore, cancellation and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in RIALZA to check eligible purchases associated with your Store account and RIALZA account. Manage or cancel an automatically renewing subscription through Apple or Google. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not by itself refund the current period. Refund eligibility and processing follow the applicable Apple or Google Store policy and mandatory law. Start a refund request with the store that billed you, or contact RIALZA support for help.
Community
If you use Community, follow the Community Rules. You retain rights in your content and give RIALZA the limited permission needed to host, display, check, moderate and remove it. RIALZA has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Sexual or exploitative material, harassment, hate, threats, disclosure of private information, scams, illegal activity and instructions for violence or self-harm are prohibited. Automated text checks run before publication and reject defined clearly unsafe content; other content is published and remains subject to reporting and moderation. We review objectionable-content reports and act within 24 hours of receipt: confirmed offending content is removed and its responsible user is suspended from Community. Users may report a post or comment, block an abusive member to immediately remove that member's content from their feed, and delete their own posts or comments. To report inappropriate activity or appeal a moderation decision, use the in-app report controls or contact support@rialza.app.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, harass people, publish illegal or exploitative material, distribute malware, scrape the service, evade safeguards, interfere with moderation or use RIALZA to facilitate harm.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, RIALZA is provided without a promise that it will meet every expectation. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
