Information RIALZA handles
Course progress, recovery progress, onboarding preferences and the product-notification setting are stored locally on your device. RIALZA creates an account identifier when you continue as a guest. Adding a sign-in method is optional. Paid Premium access is required for the main app, including initial Content Protection setup. On Android, you enter your date of birth locally to determine whether you are aged 18 or older. The full date is not saved or sent to RIALZA. The self-reported age band and declaration time are stored on this device; for eligible adults who create or use a guest account, the age band is also linked to your Firebase account identifier on the server to apply age and Community access rules. This declaration is not verification of your identity. Earlier age-band records may remain under the retention and deletion rules below; the change in eligibility does not automatically relabel them as adult records. Firebase Authentication processes your account identifier and, if you add a sign-in method, your email address and sign-in provider information. Community features store your pseudonym, profile, posts, comments, reactions, reports, blocks and the records needed to moderate content and complete account deletion. Firebase processes installation identifiers, network addresses, app and device metadata, and integrity tokens to provide the service and help prevent abuse.
Content Protection settings remain on your device. On iOS, Screen Time selection tokens and blocked-site settings are stored in an App Group and are not sent to RIALZA. On Android, selected app package identifiers are encrypted and stored locally. The active app package identifier is processed only on the device to show the blocking screen and is not retained or sent to RIALZA. RIALZA does not receive browsing history, DNS history or the content of other apps.
Purchases and subscription information
RIALZA is free to download. Premium access may be obtained through an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription, an eligible annual special offer, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Apple or Google processes the Store account, payment method, localized price and currency, transaction, renewal, cancellation and refund information under its terms. RevenueCat processes the Firebase UID as the RIALZA App User ID together with Store product, purchase, renewal, expiration, refund and entitlement status so RIALZA can verify, restore and synchronize premium access. RIALZA does not receive your full payment-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you request, secure accounts, verify and restore premium access, operate and moderate Community, respond to support requests, complete deletion and meet legal obligations. RevenueCat purchase and subscription information is also used for purchase and subscription analytics. RIALZA does not sell personal information or use recovery information for advertising.
Service providers and transfers
Google Firebase provides authentication, database, storage, server functions and abuse-protection services. RevenueCat provides purchase and subscription-status processing. Apple or Google may process sign-in information when you choose their sign-in method and processes Store billing when you make or restore a purchase. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable safeguards.
If you choose Cloudflare Families as Android Private DNS, Android sends DNS queries directly to Cloudflare under Cloudflare's terms. RIALZA performs only a local check using a fixed test domain and does not store or send that result off the device.
Retention and deletion
Account and published Community information is kept while your account is active. The account-deletion flow removes your sign-in account, Community profile, public posts and comments, reactions, blocks and RIALZA subscription-access record. Some restricted records remain for the purposes and periods below.
- Private copies of content rejected by a moderator are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the decision. Related submission summaries may remain for 90 days.
- Resolved moderation cases, their evidence and related reports are scheduled for deletion 90 days after resolution, or 365 days for critical safety cases. Open cases remain until resolved. Community moderation audit records are scheduled for deletion 365 days after the recorded action. Account deletion removes direct profile identifiers from retained reports and evidence, but it does not erase every safety record or make the remaining content anonymous.
- Records used to prevent duplicate requests are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Restricted billing-event records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Scheduled deletion runs in the background and may complete after the stated period.
RevenueCat customer-data removal is a separate support step after a verified deletion request. A restricted pending record keeps the customer identifier until removal is confirmed; it does not expire automatically while the request is unfinished. After confirmation, that identifier is removed from the record. RIALZA keeps a minimal deletion marker and completion receipt, keyed by a hash of the account identifier, without an automatic expiration date. They prevent retries or later billing events from recreating data for a deleted account. These records are pseudonymous, not guaranteed to be anonymous.
Deleting an account does not by itself erase service-provider security logs or any backup copies. Their retention depends on the provider and the applicable retention settings. Apple and Google retain Store records under their own terms and legal obligations. For questions about a retained record or a deletion request, contact support@rialza.app.
Your choices
You can correct profile information in the app, stop using Community, change device permissions or delete your account. Local course and recovery progress remain under your device controls. You can restore purchases in RIALZA and manage or cancel an automatically renewing subscription through Apple or Google. Deleting your RIALZA account or the app does not cancel Store billing.
Age and safety
RIALZA on iOS and Android is intended for adults aged 18 or older, subject to the applicable Store age rating. Community is optional and available only to adults aged 18 or older. RIALZA is an educational wellness product, not a medical provider or emergency service.
Website analytics
The public RIALZA website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, only after you allow analytics. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from reading the website or using its download links. Analytics is not loaded on these legal pages or on authentication completion pages.
With your consent, GA4 measures website visits, approximate country, browser and device type, referral or campaign source, and clicks on selected website buttons. Analytics uses pseudonymous browser identifiers and first-party cookies. The website configures analytics cookies to expire 60 days after creation, without extending their lifetime on each visit, and GA4 user-level and event-level data retention to 2 months. Google processes deletion on its own schedule; this retention setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports.
We do not send names, email addresses, passwords, Community content, Firebase UIDs or other app account identifiers to GA4, and we do not associate website analytics with your RIALZA app profile. The website does not use advertising pixels, advertising personalization or session replay.
You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through Analytics settings on the homepage. Withdrawal stops future website analytics and removes the website analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already processed by Google.
