Delete in the app
- Open RIALZA while you still have access to the account you want to delete. Guest users do not need to add a sign-in method.
- Open Profile, tap Settings, then open your account settings. If you are on the access screen, use its account button instead; an active subscription is not required.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Linked accounts may require reauthentication.
The deletion flow removes your Firebase Authentication account and associated Community profile and content, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Local course and recovery progress remains under your device controls. RevenueCat customer-data removal is completed separately by support; it does not cancel your Store subscription.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@rialza.app to request deletion without reinstalling RIALZA. If you added a sign-in method, contact us from the email linked to that account where possible. If you used RIALZA as a guest, tell us that you did not add a sign-in method.
An existing Support ID or a store order or transaction ID may help us locate the relevant records, but does not by itself prove ownership. We must identify the account and verify ownership before deleting it. If this is not possible, we will explain the limitation. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
A verified request is targeted for completion within 30 days.
