A little space. A calmer next step.

Open a short support video when you want to pause before your next action.

Support on demand.

The support action opens a published video. Videos are prerecorded, not a live conversation with a coach or therapist; their length varies.

The catalogue can change.

Videos come from the currently published catalogue. RIALZA checks and caches downloaded content for playback; first access and catalogue updates can require internet.

Language follows the video pool.

App language and video language are separate. Ukrainian uses the English pool. German uses its published pool and can fall back to English only when the service confirms that no German videos are published, not because of a network error; other website translations do not imply videos in those languages.

Use it with the other tools.

A video offers a pause alongside protection, lessons and personal progress. Support videos are part of paid Premium, not a standalone treatment or guaranteed outcome.

Small support. Honest limits.

Use what helps you take your next step. For medical advice or urgent help, seek an appropriate professional or local emergency service.
